Vicky kicked off the afternoon with an overview of what Exemplar@UCLH is and her extensive experience working there which she is very proud of. She strongly believes the Exemplar accreditation program leads to increased patient and staff satisfaction, lower rates of burn out and fosters a collaborative culture

She then proceeded to showcase how the standards of Exemplar were defined, covering a wide range of evidence based procedures.

To end, Vicky presented the actions and outcomes for the programme going forward to maintain a high standard of practice. After which she took questions from the chair opening up a discussion with the delegates.
