Charles opened his talk by asking – ‘How do you flourish as a non medical prescriber?’
‘You need confidence, knowledge & skills, trust of patients and opportunities to develop’
He went on to say ‘You need to take responsibility for your professional development – People take notice of you when you are pushing and asking – driving what you want to do’
Charles concluded his talk by stating that ‘NMP’s are often well placed to identify gaps in care and opportunities to improve care and medication management for patients’
