The CQC have now confirmed that although moving to a single assessment framework they will still use the five key questions (safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led) and four-point ratings scale (outstanding, good, requires improvement and inadequate). (CQC July 2022)

This series of masterclasses will update delegates on CQC developments under the single assessment framework and the key questions, quality statements and evidence categories. Each masterclass focuses on the five key areas: Caring, Effective, Responsive, Safe and Well Led, to assess how your service is performing. The masterclass is aimed at Clinical Staff, Team Leads and Senior Management.

Discount for attending all five CQC Outstanding Series masterclasses: £295+VAT per masterclass or, £1180+VAT for all five.
