Life after Covid-19 has changed enormously with virtual, hybrid and on-site teams becoming normal.
We will look at team development through the lens of virtual and hybrid teams and how that differs from onsite teams. There are many hurdles to overcome when managing distributed teams. This skill has now become essential. To lead and manage a remote team, you need to make certain adjustments to the way you work. You can only do this when you know the differences between a virtual team vs face to face team.
We will look at research that answer the following questions: Do teams that collaborate online suffer from constraints in their ability to communicate? Can organisations implement virtual teams with the same confidence they have when they assign workers to collaborate on group tasks through traditional face-to-face meetings?
