Leadership in the NHS is the responsibility of all staff. This one day masterclass in Quality Improvement will allow all healthcare staff to learn about QI methodology, tools to use and how to lead change. The day has been developed to provide both practical and appropriate QI training to all staff.
You will learn what QI tools to use and how to maintain the improvements. You will explore how to avoid common mistakes that staff make.
